Earline (Meade) Boddington, 87, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away May 15, 2017 at home. She was born on January 23, 1930, the daughter of Eleanor and Earl Meade. She was a graduate of Wyandotte High School in KCK. She also attended Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She retired from Kansas City Kansas Community College in 1995.
She was a lifelong member of the 1st United Presbyterian Church of Kansas City, Kansas. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and...

Earline (Meade) Boddington, 87, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away May 15, 2017 at home. She was born on January 23, 1930, the daughter of Eleanor and Earl Meade. She was a graduate of Wyandotte High School in KCK. She also attended Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She retired from Kansas City Kansas Community College in 1995.
She was a lifelong member of the 1st United Presbyterian Church of Kansas City, Kansas. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and belonged to several Bridge groups.
Earline was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Boddington; her parents and her brother, James Meade.
She leaves her son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Lynn Boddington of Topeka, Kansas, daughter Diane Nahajzer of Piper, Kansas, five granddaughters, Stacy (Dale) Harvey of Topeka, Kansas, Laura (Tim) Burgess of Houston, Texas, Heather Harkins of Kansas City, Missouri, Kaylee Harkins of Lenexa, Kansas and Elizabeth Puhl of Los Angeles, California, one grandson, Blake (Brittany) Boddington of Valley Center, Kansas, great grandsons, Robert and Mathew Harvey and William Boddington, four nieces, Lynda Plummber of Salt Lake City, Utah, Mary Cortez of Washington State, Judy Wall and Patricia Nelson of Kansas City, Kansas, and two nephews, Stephen Boddington of Springdale, Arkansas and Ret. Col. David G. (Debbie) Boddington of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
A visitation will be from 1-2 PM, with a funeral following at 2PM, Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., Kansas City, Kansas. Interment will be immediately following in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Encompass Hospice, 14831 W. 95th St., Lenexa, Kansas 66215.
